Refund policy

ChloChel will accept:

  • Returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging.

Request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

All returned items must include an order packing slip that indicates what items are being returned.

ChloChel does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on ChloChel's part.

Please note that all our Customized Apparel are made to order therefore we do not offer refunds or returns. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering. 

We are committed to making your product right the first time and we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their order. If your Customized Apparel is defective, we will gladly work with you to process a replacement or refund.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be returned for Store Credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return.

Please follow these steps for returns:

  1. Please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, we will email you to confirm receipt.
  3. Please allow ChloChel 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your Store Credit.

Refunds (if applicable)

To return your product, please send us an email at info@chlochel.com so we can begin the return process.

Once your return is submitted, it will be reviewed. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. We do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Once your items have been inspected we will issue a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund, it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.  We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact the shipper for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of the Shipper. It is the responsibility of the Shipper to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
