How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days excluding holidays. Generally, in-stock Items ships the same day. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase. Once the order has been fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

How can I track my order?
Packages can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent once your order has been fully processed.
Are returns accepted?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly provide a full refund. The returned item must be unworn and in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
Can I return a sale or promotional item?
Discounted items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How long does it take to get a refund?
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
