ChloChel will accept:
- Returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging.
Request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
ChloChel does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry are final sale.
(Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for Store Credit, unfortunately Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on ChloChel's part.
Please follow these steps for returns:
- Please submit your return request
- Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, we will email you to confirm receipt.
- Please allow ChloChel 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return
If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 5-7 business days, but times may vary
Note that our Customized Apparel are created as it is ordered, therefore we cannot process refunds. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering
